Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-focused therapeutic approach that helps release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and resilience. By gently tuning into bodily sensations, SE allows you to process stress and trauma at a deep, physiological level without needing to relive past experiences.By focusing on somatic experiencing, we connect the body and self, helping to release stored survival energy and address underlying nervous system dysregulation.
